MSM with Glucosamine hydrochloride, Vitamin C and other nutrients to help maintain flexible muscles and joints.
Suggested intake:
Take 1-4 tablets a day, with meals, building gradually.
MSM has a beneficial detoxifying effect on the body. Drink plenty of water. Reduce intake if detox symptoms are uncomfortable. A daily multivitamin and extra Vitamin C are also recommended.
One tablet typically provides:
30mg Vitamin C, 5mg Zinc, 250μg Copper, 250μg Boron, 450mg Methyl Sulphonyl Methane, 150mg Glucosamine, 180mg provided by Glucosamine HCL, 75mg Ginger root, 75mg Nettle leaf, 75mg Celery seed, 15mg Panax Ginseng, 5mg Kelp
Tableted with these natural ingredients:
Natural Lithothamnion calcarea, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Not advisable if pregnant or taking warfarin. May not be suitable for people with a fish or crustacean allergy.
