This high potency multivitamin and mineral formula offers 25 key nutrients in their optimum organic form for better absorption and assimilation. For example, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate for Vitamin B6 and citrate minerals. Also includes trace minerals, such as Molybdenum, not normally found in other multis.
Suggested intake:
Take 2-3 tablets a day, with meals (children 5-11 years, 1 a day, 11-14 years, 2 a day).

Tableted with these natural ingredients:
Magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating, sodium copper chlorophyllin.
Contains Vitamin A. Do not take if pregnant or planning pregnancy.
This product contains Iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. May not be suitable for people with a fish or crustacean allergy.
